Q. What is the cost of using Moushkila.com?
Answer:
The cost of the session will vary depending on the counselor chosen. The price for using one of our counselors for a booked session will vary according to the qualifications of this counselor and the type of problem. The average fee, however, is 20$ for the session of 15 mins and 35$ for the session of 30 mins. If you are interested in booking a session, then you will have twp options for the length of the session: 15 or 30 minutes.
Q. Is the information that I give in private and confidential?
Answer:
Yes! Your counselor, and no one else, is authorized to see the answer form. Your counselor uses the information collected in order to develop an appropriate session and/or plan for you.

Yes! Your sessions are strictly private and confidential. The people at Moushkila.com have taken careful considerations to ensure confidential sessions through the website. Information collected is kept secure and out of reach of any third party.
Q. If I have a comment, suggestion and/or complaint, whom do I inform and where do I submit this?
Answer:
Your comments, suggestions and/or complaints are very important to us at Moushkila.com.
